How to refer
-
1
Call 623-986-3169
The intake line is answered 24 hours a day, every day. There is no after-hours queue and no answering service — a peer-survivor advocate picks up.
-
2
Identify yourself and your agency
Your name, your role, the agency or shelter you're calling from, and the best number to reach you back on if the line drops.
-
3
Share the survivor's basic situation
Where they are right now, what's safe to discuss, any immediate medical or safety considerations, and the name they want us to use.
-
4
Coordinate handoff time and intake logistics
Transport, arrival window, what they're bringing, and anything you've already promised them on your end so we don't contradict it.
If we can't take a placement immediately, we'll help you find one who can.
